# Average: Speed Index Distribution Mobile & Desktop?

Dear all,  
I am not a developer. And I did not found any source with recent distribution of Speed Index in 3G and Cable in the world ( top 100,000 or 300,000).  
Does someone implemented a tool for that? Or may provide some sources?  
It seems http archive provide technical ressources to do so. I assume that, some of you may know how to get these numbers.  
Please find below the number I am looking for ( They are too old ):
