Why are there no statistics for well-known websites on some dates?

There are no any statistics for top rank websites like google, facebook,…on some dates on Google BigQuery from 2018-07-01 to 2019-01-01.

In July 2018 we switched from Alexa to the Chrome UX Report (CrUX) as our source of the top URLs on the web. This has greatly improved our sample set because the CrUX list specifies both protocol and subdomain while Alexa only gives us the domain name. So for example prior to July 2018 we only knew that “google.com” was highly ranked. Now we know the canonical URL for that domain is “https://www.google.com”.

If you wanted a continuous view how how the domain performs over time, you could query the raw data on BigQuery and map each URL to its domain using the NET.REG_DOMAIN function.
